| Finance Council |

The Parish Finance Council is responsible to ensure that the Parish follows sound
fiscal policy. This council acts as an advisory board to the Pastor and approves
major expenditures for the Parish. The Finance Council meets on the fourth Tuesday
of each month at 3:30 p.m. at the Parish Center.

| Pastoral Council |

The Pastoral Council works in an advisory capacity to assist the Pastor in evaluating
the Parish in terms of Gospel and teachings of the Catholic Church. Traditionally, the
council coordinates social activity, parish stewardship, and social concerns projects.
The Pastoral Council meets the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Immaculate
Conception Social Hall.

| Assumption School Advisory Board |

The Assumption School Advisory Board serves in an advisory capacity to the pastor
and the principal. The group offers assistance in developing policies and procedures
for ensuring the safety of our students and for following their academic progress,
building on the students' success. The Board meets the second Tuesday of each month
at 7:00 p.m. at the Parish Center.

| Building Design Committee |

The Building Committee is charged with the responsibility of overseeing the Parish's
current building project, from initial drawings and designs to completion. The group
began as the facilities committee and was created to assess the condition of the
physical plants and the physical needs of the Parish. Its current mission has grown
from the recommendations of the original group. The Building Design Committee meets as
needed.

The St. Vincent Committee actively supports our Parish's broader mission of working with
the poor and underprivileged, especially in our Sister Diocese of St. Vincent in
the Grenadines, West Indies. The committee meets as needed.

| Endowment Committee |

The Catholic School Endowment was established with a very generous gift from the
people of Immaculate Conception. Combined with the savings from Assumption and St.
Leo's schools, the fund helps to support the mission of Catholic education in
Hibbing. The Committee meets quarterly to review the progress of this
investment. |
